T
A INSULATIONS is born to solve many of the problems encountered
in medium and large size refrigerated rooms. The use of modern
constructive engineering (prefabricated system) enables substantial
savings in the production process without deterring from the high
standard and quality. Accurate planning will maximize the correct use
of space for freezing and can solve, through different types of
construction, different dimensions or requirements. The use of
advanced material and the perfect positioning of various components
make the T A INSULATIONS |

TECHNICAL
CHARACTERISTICS
The
modular panels EASY used for its cold storage rooms are 400-800-1200 mm
wide and 75-200 mm thick.
The
panels are locked inside the cell with eccentric hooks. EASY cold
storage cells are structurally stable, they do not deteriorate with time
nor do they absorb odours, it is impossible for parasites to rest in
them and the formation of fungi or mould is non-existent. The modular
structured cell is self-bearing – it can be disassembled, made bigger
and moved to a different location without damaging it anyway.

LINIGS
Wall
panels consist of two galvanized steel sheets covered with a
plasticized non-toxic film. The ceiling panel also consists of two
galvanized steel sheets, covered with plasticized non-toxic film like
the walls.

INSULATING
DOORS
These reduce heat loss and ensure easy access to the refrigerated room.
|
It
is extremely easy and quick to assemble an ‘EASY’ cold storage
cell. The elements, prefabricated with the ‘sandwich’ system,
are light and easy to handle but, at the same time, are robust and
compact once assembled. |
